We arrived early to the Aparthotel, located right on the beachfront in a
perfect location in Kuta. Our experience of the Balinese people was one
of warmest and friendliest. We were pleased to find warm and friendly,
smiling staff who helped us with our bags and let us check in early. Really
nice welcome after a long flight!
Our bags were brought up to the room and as we were made to feel very welcome and at home. As we walked through to the room there was a pleasant aroma, and the room itself was clean, fresh and amazing. We had the executive suite and all amenities are present. Theres a living room, kitchen, laundry, and a king size bed overlooking the beach. Lots of storage space to store clothes, and a "hidden" bathroom which opens up behind wooden doors attached to the wall.
There is a bar and restaurant in the building which provides a wide selection of food which is both tasty and filling. There's a good deal of choice to cater for everyone. We were provided with a buffet breakfast and we loved it so much.
Then there's the amenities in the Aparthotel itself. Beautiful rooftop, semi infinity pool overlooking the ocean and beach, fitness room on the ground floor, restaurant, and room service.
Overall, we loved our stay in Citadines Kuta. We sincerely felt the aparthotel our home whilst away from our home. Bali is a very beautiful place and we are very happy to make it a regular holiday destination, and Citadines Kuta our second home.
